Returns & Refunds
We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they arrive but we understand that not everything can be the right fit. If you would like to return your product(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery and we will get the process started for you.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the safe delivery of all returned products. Please keep proof of postage for reference - we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded providing the products have not been used, are in their original condition and original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery fees applied during checkout.
If you have received your order and something has been damaged during transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include details of your order including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and your preferences.
